Team Engineer- Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Engineer - Mechanical Engineer to lead and support a team responsible for developing and maintaining a digital database of mechanical products and engineering data. This role combines mechanical engineering expertise with leadership, data management, and digitalization initiatives, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in technology-driven engineering solutions.

• Lead and supervise a team managing a digital database of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, classification, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with internal systems.
• Develop and maintain naming conventions, coding systems, and documentation standards.
• Utilize programming and automation tools to improve data processing efficiency.
• Support digitalization initiatives related to product design and engineering data management.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical design, engineering documentation, product data management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming/scripting languages preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent.
• Understanding of database structures and engineering data organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• NEC registered Engineering License is a must.
