Mechanical Engineer

We're Hiring: Team Engineer- Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Engineer who is passionate about combining mechanical engineering expertise with technology, data management, and process improvement.

• Lead and supervise a team managing a digital database of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, classification, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with internal systems.
• Develop and maintain naming conventions, coding systems, and documentation standards.
• Utilize programming and automation tools to improve data processing efficiency.
• Support digitalization initiatives related to product design and engineering data management.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• A valid Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) registration/license is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical design, engineering documentation, product data management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming/scripting languages preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent.
• Understanding database structures and engineering data organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
